Closet Wear accepts returns or exchanges only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must report such issues within a specified time period after receiving the order. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Return Request Timeframe
Customers are required to notify Closet Wear of any return or exchange request within seven days of receiving their order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted. All requests must be supported with clear images or videos showing the issue with the product to help our team assess the claim.

Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact and original packaging included. Closet Wear reserves the right to reject any return or exchange if the item does not meet these conditions after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased on sale, clearance, or special promotions are not eligible for return or refund unless they are received damaged or defective. Due to hygiene reasons, certain items may also be non-returnable, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in cases where a return is approved and an exchange is not possible. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed through the original payment method for prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for cash refunds and may be compensated through store credit where applicable.

Approved refunds are usually processed within seven to ten working days after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and banking procedures.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers may be required to bear the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Closet Wear will provide instructions for return shipping once the request has been approved.

Right to Refuse Returns
Closet Wear reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not comply with this policy. Decisions made by Closet Wear regarding refunds and returns are final.
